Data Privacy and Policy Graduate Fellow for the City of Seattle Information Technology Department
In this position, I was tasked with improving the data and reporting capabilities of the Privacy Office, through data quality improvement using method such as Tableau dashboards, and analysis.
I also completed research, developed use cases, and compiled drafts for Privacy Playbooks that provided context for stakeholders concerned with a privacy policy or issue.
In additional to my main assignments, I also assisted with complying with the City of Seattle Surveillance Ordinance, and support to the office with completing Privacy and Surveillance assessments, and the work that is associated with completing a Surveillance Impact Report.

In March of 2019, I converted my fellowship into full-time employment with the City of Seattle, where I continue to drive innovation through a privacy focused lens, and provide technical assistance and program management to the Data Privacy, Accountability, and Governance division.
